ዛሬ በኢትዮጵያ ኢንቨስትመንት ሆልዲንግ እና በዳንጎቴ ግሩፕ መካከል የማዳበሪያ ማምረቻ ኮምፕሌክስ የድርሻ ስምምነት መፈረሙን ጠ/ሚ ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) አሳውቀዋል።

ይኽ ሜጋ ፕሮጀክት 2.5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ኢንቨስትመንት ይፈስበታል ተብሏል።

በአመት እስከ ሶስት ሚሊዮን ሜትሪክ ቶን ማዳበሪያ የሚያመርት እንደሆነና ይኽም ኢትዮጵያን ከአለም ግንባር ቀደም አምራቾች አንዷ እንደሚያደርጋት ተመላክቷል።

" ፕሮጀክቱ በሀገር ውስጥ የሥራ እድል ይፈጥራል " ያሉት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ " ለዘመናት ለተፈተኑት ገበሬዎቻችን አስተማማኝ የማዳበሪያ አቅርቦት ያረጋግጣል ፤ ለምግብ ሉዓላዊነት መንገዳችንም ወሳኝ ርምጃ መውሰዳችንን ያመላክታል " ብለዋል።

" በመላው አኅጉሩ ኢትዮጵያ ያላትን ተወዳዳሪነት በማጠናከር ሕዝባችንን እና ነጋችንን የሚጠቅሙ ስትራቴጂክ ኢንቨስትመንቶችን የመከወን ጽኑ አቋማችንን ያሳያል " ሲሉ አክለዋል።

" የዛሬውን የፊርማ ስምምነት ተከትሎ ፋብሪካው በሚቆምበት ስፍራ ፕሮጀክቱን በይፋ የምናስጀምር ይሆናል " ብለዋል።

" ይኽን ታሪካዊ ጉዞ ጀምረናል። ለገበሬዎቻችን፣ ለኢኮኖሚያችን እና ለኢትዮጵያ ነገ ስንል እንጨርሰዋለን " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

ከዚህ ቀደም ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ፋብሪካው በጎዴ አከባቢ እንደሚገባ መጠቆማቸው ይታወሳል።


Today, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) announced the signing of a joint shareholding agreement between Ethiopian Investment Holdings and Dangote Group to establish a fertilizer production complex.

This mega project is said to attract an investment of 2.5 billion USD.

It is projected to produce up to three million metric tons of fertilizer annually, making Ethiopia one of the leading producers in the world.

“The project will create job opportunities in the country,” the Prime Minister said, adding, “It will ensure a reliable supply of fertilizer for our farmers who have struggled for generations, and it represents a decisive step in our path toward food sovereignty.”

He further stated, “This demonstrates our firm position to strengthen Ethiopia’s competitiveness across the continent by attracting strategic investments that benefit our people and our economy.”

“Following today’s signing ceremony, the project will officially be launched at the location where the factory will be built,” he added.

“We have begun this historic journey. We will complete it for our farmers, for our economy, and for Ethiopia’s future,” he emphasized.

It is recalled that earlier, the Prime Minister had indicated that the factory would be built in the Gode area.
